What should I include in my description?
Include as much detail as possible. We are able to provide the best and most accurate price when there is a very detailed description of needs. It is particularly useful for us to understand your target audience, which market you are in, and which services you want to promote. If building a website, it is helpful to know what functional items you need, such as fillable patient forms, integration with your practice management software, or anything else the user can interact with above and beyond text content.
Why do you ask for a budget?
Having an idea of your budget is very helpful for us in quoting. It allows us to tailor our solution specifically for your budget range. We can work with almost any budget but the tools we use to solve your problem may differ based on budget level. For example, with a website, we have several different content management solutions. Each has its own benefits and cost points. It may be that a custom solution would work to solve your organizations problems but your budget only allows for a WordPress solution. We can still produce an effective website with Wordpress and meet your budget goal if we know that in advance. Otherwise, you may get the estimate for a custom solution and be shocked at the cost and choose a non-specialized provider when you could’ve had a better and more targeted website built by us. Give us an honest budget and some honest goals and we will work to find a way to create a return on your investment for you.
What if I don't know my budget?
Often when we talk with practices, they haven’t been marketing and don’t have a budget or even know what a good marketing program costs. The key thing to remember is that this isn’t a cost, this is an investment. We are here to help you make money, not spend it. At every phase in the process, we are looking to maximize the return on every dollar you invest with us.
If you don’t know your budget, tell us what you are comfortable with. Is it $5,000, $10,000, or even $100,000? Can you invest $500/month, $1,000/month, $2,500/month or $5,000/month? This will give us a better understanding of the type of packages and plans that would be the best fit. We won’t use a dollar of budget unless we believe we can return a value of at least 3x in a reasonable time period.
Is this a canned solution?
We do not offer a canned solution. Each practice and market is different. While we have found common themes and strategies in our work with dentists across the country, we have discovered there is no single approach that works in all locations for all dentists. Due to this, we develop a custom mix of services for each dentist to help maximize their return on investment given their specific market and services.
Why would I work with a dental specialist?
When you hire Zipline, you will get the benefit and knowledge of our professionals who have worked with many dentists in different parts of the country. We understand the market, the consumer, and the many paths to becoming a patient. We can leverage this knowledge to develop a solution that works for your practice. We can also do this much more efficiently than a general website provider who needs to spend months becoming familiar with the dental marketplace.
Can we have a meeting?
Yes! We prefer to have a meeting prior to providing a proposal. This allows us to get a good understanding for your practice, your goals, and your objectives. We can talk through options that have worked in the past to find the best solutions for you. We can also brainstorm new ideas that may help you reach patients in your market. We do not charge for these consultations and we will likely request one unless your project description is very limited and specific.
